The majority of Smart Gym classes are family-friendly from 8 years old but we also have some age-specific classes in partnership with Les Mills and Jennifer Marion Fitness. Class content is based on survey data from 145 local parents and are 100% free for members.

Zumba at Smart Gym is every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm.
Founded by Coach Harvey Kelly, FitFast is a functional fitness class for all levels whether you are a gym veteran or an absolute beginner. Enjoy a mix of circuits, hiit, strength and hybrid training. If you're looking to lose weight, get fit, strong, move better and have fun, FitFast is for you! FitFast is not just a workout - it's a full-body transformation experience, you'll challenge yourself in new and exciting ways and watch yourself unlock your true fitness potential.
FitFast at Smart Gym is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am & 6pm.
Join us every Saturday and Sunday for fun and challenging total-body circuits class (strength class on Fridays) that will leave you feeling magic! Think interval machines, kettlebells and all things strength and cardio.
This class is suitable for all experience levels including beginners and families with children aged 8+ (under 8s must stay in the supervised crèche for the comfort and safety of our community).
Weekend Circuits at Smart Gym are every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11am.
