Refund Policy
Glasgow PT Academy (Courses)
At Glasgow PT Academy, we aim to provide exceptional educational experiences for our students. Our refund policy for course enrolments is as follows:
- Cancellation within 14 Days: You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund for any course if your cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided you have not started the course material.
- Cancellation after 14 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the initial 14-day period or if course material has been accessed.
- Transfer Policy: In lieu of a refund, students may opt to transfer their enrolment to another course of equal value if requested within the 14-day cancellation period, provided that the original course has not been started.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@glasgowptacademy.co.uk with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Smart Gym (Gym Memberships)
At Smart Gym, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our members. Our gym membership refund policy is structured as follows:
- Memberships: Members may cancel their membership at any time, however, refunds for the current period will not be issued. Any fees billed for the upcoming month, quarter, half-year or year will be reversed if cancellation is requested before the next billing cycle. If a subscription is cancelled after payment has been taken, your membership will remain active until the end of the period for which you have paid.
- Membership Freeze: Members may request to freeze their membership for a maximum of 6 months due to unforeseen circumstances. Membership fees will not be charged during the freeze period.
- Third party vouchers: Any vouchers from third parties such as Groupon, Wowcher, etc., may only be redeemed once in order for us to maintain the viability of our business. Refund requests for any additional vouchers purchased should be directed towards the relevant third party.
